COMPLETE NAF STUDENT SURVEY

While in most NYC schools that have an Academy, not all students are members, at HSEF all students are NAF Academy of Finance members!

 

All students are enrolled in business courses. All students are able to participate in the various Work Based Learning (WBL) opportunities (NYEXPLORING;Trips;Seminars;Workshops, etc)

All students are able to apply and interview for a Paid Summer Internship during the Junior/Senior year.

SUMMER 2025 ISP INTERNSHIP

Are you looking for a Summer Paid Internship and you haven't participated in the past in an ISP Internship?

ISP INTERNSHIP Eligibility & Student Application/Lists

The ISP Summer 2025 will prioritize 11th and 12th grade students who have not previously participated in an ISP experience. The application will open in CPP on April 21st for students to apply.

FUTURES AND OPTIONS SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM FOR HS JUNIORS AND SENIORS

SUMMER PAID INTERNSHIP

Futures and Options (FAO) provides paid, mentored internships and career readiness workshops to high school juniors and seniors. Students acquire meaningful hands-on work experience, gain entry to small businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, and multinational corporations, while making connections and creating networks that can last a lifetime.

 

OVERVIEW

Students: NYC high school juniors and seniors.

Time: 20 to 35 hours per week. Most internships are 100 to 150 hours in total.

Career Development: In-person, hybrid, and remote paid options with work readiness training and career exploration.

  • Interns are required to attend weekly workshops at the FAO office to develop and fine tune career readiness skills
